Yes, I've dried plants in my flowering hut, away from direct light. RH ~ 60 - 65, ~ 14°C lights off, ~ 22°C lights on. It works. You could put buds in brown paper bags to avoid the light I suppose but I hang them on the branches so I don't bother.

Here's what they show on their PAR map. I dont know how far away from the lights your plants are but maybe back it off a bit for now n see if they improve. For flowering you need 800 - 1000 so going by what they're showing 12" - 14" at 50% seems the ticket. It's a strange one their PAR maps...
