I always use molasses during flower, a hefty couple tablespoons per gallon of water every fourth day, alternating with nutes...works great IMO

FFOF is a fantastic soil, BUT it does not have everything you need for the duration. It does not need any nutrient enhancement for the first four weeks or so but after that it needs a regular regimen of nutes. Good luck!

I typically use a mix of happy frog, ocean forest along with a few cups of perlite. I think the happy frog tempers the heat of the FFOF. Never had an issue, its great soil

might not "be stored right", but they are absolutely definitely NOT junk. 3 separate runs of 5 seeds each..... 14 of 15 germinated and grew to finish. Call that old junk? Maybe you had bad luck but I'm not alone when I said I'm satisfied
