I had a few of these units to test out last year in my rdwc system. They definitely kept the ph very stable but I did see some weird growth in my root system compared to previous grows.

I run the same fixture in my 4x4 pheno tent. I try to maintain about 20-24" headroom during the grow, I run the fixture @ 50% power during the initial veg cycle and increase the power to 100% gradually over a week or two prior to flipping to flower. Works really well for me.

Time to break out your voltmeter and check voltage at each board. If they all have the same voltage being applied, I'd say that you may have some bad boards. If you're seeing vastly different voltage at each board, check the wiring at the buss connection for the output.

That looks like 5kW with the fan. A 240v service will use just over 20A with everything running. Because you're running a continuous load, I would derate the circuit by 1/3 so a 30A circuit would be needed. 10ga wire from the breaker to the board should work.

More info on the grow will help with a diagnosis. Media, nutes, ph and ec you're feeding will help as well as pics of both old and new growth.

Most of the fixtures I have will run at about 50degC in ambient air. No worries about fire, but you need to be able to exhaust the heat the fixture will produce. My 480w qb clone fixture runs about 5" below the tent top with zero issues.
