Ditch the coco. 3 gallon pots for seedlings? They need a smaller environment so more air can get to the roots. That coco is holding onto too much water and that water is probably way Ph imbalanced. Those seedlings aren't gonna make it :( Start over in smaller (quart sized?) containers...
