Did you use a different hose when you switched? I really dont think the pump knows how big the container is unless you have some crazy new fancy pump that senses it's surroundings and just doesn't like big barrels

Problem is if you have a bad grow that's a few hundred down the drain and a bunch of time so next grow you gotta make up the losses. You should be able to hit your 1lb goal. but growing is more disappointment than anything when your learning haha

Quality led are pretty cheap now it probably would have been better to build a lower wattage light with better components. The problem with those is the onboard drivers are not very efficient so you get like half the light per watt. With those you would get the same output and heat as hps lights...

Yeah so much easier 5 years ago you had to drill and tap all the holes in a big ass 30lb heatsink to mount the led and you actually had to learn to read data sheets on the chips and the drivers to figure out what you needed. Unfortunately most of the members that made all that happen are gone...
