Does Mephisto have any "skunky" strains?

I swapped nutes out yesterday morning with Jacks and the plants haven't missed a beat. 50% concentration got the EC right in my target area at 1.1 PH was just a little low at 5.6, adjusted it to 5.8 and it hasn't budged in 36 hours. I can't believe how little it took to mix up 20 gals.

I've had nothing but success with auto beans from ILGM. Descent smoke with great yields. I am looking into Mephisto though, because a lot of people here seem to have pretty high regards for their genetics.

I'm asking for any opinions please on what strength to use for autos in RDWC. After having just converted from DWC to RDWC, with good results so far, I'm feeling adventurous and want to try changing the nutes too. I'm using the Botanicare line in my current grow. These plants are doing well...

I completed my conversion to RDWC today. So far plants seem to be adjusting well. PH and EC have stabilized as I was told to expect. I can see now, that by eliminating the large cooler inside the tent I now have floor space for a heater, humidifier, etc.

I was just dealing with the same thing myself. I use 100% RO and just adding cal-mag wasn't enough. I added a sweet which is primarily Mg and foliar applications of epsom. As @amneziaHaze noticed, odd that it's showing on the middle leaves and nothing lower.

From personal experience, being a step-parent can be a very complicated and difficult road to navigate. You love your spouse, but can clearly see the negative affect the "child" is having on the parent.

If you can drop the tent temp by opening it by a quarter, it sounds to me like inadequate airflow when tent is fully closed.

I understand now. I was thinking I could eliminate 1 pump but there won't be adequate flow with the chiller restricting it plus the temp differential which is what Mumbeltypeg was originally trying to tell me. So then I would only need a smaller filter for the chiller loop using 2 pumps...

No concerns with temps, I just prefer to adjust intensity rather than raise and lower fixtures for as long as possible :D

I like the idea of a larger foot print.

I'm in a small tent so no concern with loss. In the early part of this grow, so room for height isn't an issue for now.

I'm going to be draining my two buckets through 2" pvc in a short, straight line to my res. Do you think this will be adequate to keep up with the flow directly from the chiller through 3/4" lines?

With ppfd being equal, is there any disadvantage to having led lights farther from the canopy?
