You will be authorized to cultivate until your card says otherwise, that was per DHS in the beginning anyways. I wouldn't recommend making ANY type of change to your card (address change etc) IF a dispensary is allowed to open. I could see them saying whoops, no longer able to cultivate.

I don't personally have the time to pursue this directly, but we will stand behind & help advertise/spread the word. I think I may even know of a legal advocate who would be willing to assist with drafting the paperwork, probably for nothing but meds.
