I know it's very strange. No burn, good color, great vigor throughout all stages. I would agree with you about it being strain specific, however I have this strain growing in soIL at the exact same stage and the bud looks better

There is no bud rot that I can see. Healthy buds, just stopped growing leaving gaps between them
