I use an aero but I am trying rapid rooters as well for the first time. I'd say just keep em moist. I mist them 1-2 times daily until I know they have roots popping out. Just a mix of water and clonex in the spray bottle. My rapid rooters are sitting in about 1/4" of water and are constantly...

Ultimately as long as your humidity is in check you should be fine. I run all fans 24/7, including the exhaust.

Keep that air movin. Above and below the canopy if you can. I run 4 8" oscillating fans in my 5'x5' as well as an 8-inch exhaust. Lots of airflow is good, screw mold!

They may not be mature yet. When you flip the lighting schedule and they sense "fall" coming they will release hormones and go through puberty in a hurry.

As a rule of thumb I only remove leaves for 3-4 reasons... Reason #1 - the leaf is growing towards the inside of the canopy. Reason #2 - the leaf is covering a budsite. Reason #3 - the leaf is ugly and dying. Reason #4 - the leaf is more than 2/3 down the stalk of the plant and/or restricting...

Way too much. There is like no canopy, if the light can reach the ground under the canopy then you know you removed too much.
