I use 4 23 watt on two plants real low and bushy 3 1/2 weeks old 6500K FOR VEGGING AND 2700K FLOWERING

Were did u buy your bulbs that is alot

Try surrounding it with some cfl and it will veg really good

It is not self ballast i saww that 200 watt it wont work

What strain did u get

Easy way is in wet paper towels i use distilled water but really dont matter keep in a warm dark place some were it is a constant temp. OH YEAH NO NUTES JUST PLAIN WATER GOOD LUCK
