If you want to reduce stress....try to do most your trimming of the fans before floweringtime kicks in and next when 3-4 into flower as last defosession and you limit it to a minimum....;)

Remove the fans and just keep on the top 3 pairs of nodes on every branch to not overcrowed her and to improve lightpenetration and airflow

Yes with normal bonsai i do so but cannabis it normaly does not life that long so i dont trim roots in these grows....;)
