Your substrate will produce the same amount of shrooms no matter how it sits. Obviously unless its covered excessively. The shrooms basically find their way off the substrate no matter how it sits. and yes if you were to get more substrate and add the cake to it you would get more mushrooms...

Spores are legal. As soon as they get past the spore stage they have trace amounts of psilocybin. Grow kits are illegal anywhere where cultivating magic mushrooms is illegal.
