Yeah i have dual spec bulbs myself. I wondered if your ballast was buzzing a lot as some buzz more than others and it can screw up your pics with lines,all fluro tubes screw the pics with lines on a digital camera:leaf:

Then if you don't want fuzzy lines through all the pics set it to the artificial lighting settings in the menu:-P

I agree with fdd. Another 3-4 weeks on those. They look sativa dominant,they always take ages especially indoors. Some sativas wont ever finish properly indoors. Also you may want to make sure that there is sufficient nitrogen in your bloom formula. I always add a little bit of veg formula here...
