Its basically seaweed and vitamin b12. Make your own with molasses,kelp tablets from a health food shop and vit b12. Making your own is a pain though and no good at all for hydro,only for soil. If your skint though that's how to make your own:joint:

I always use both spectrum's to but i get the blue from fluro tubes and using a dual spectrum bulb. Plants love both at once all the way through imo and they do much better when they get them both all the way through. Be careful to cool the hood adequately though:joint:

Think of it this way. If you buy 10 of those seeds and only breed with them you can then sell the seeds yourself and make a lot of money by selling them at say hundred dollars for 10. Its easy to get a thousand seeds off of one big plant:joint:
