    Is this a nanner?

I didn’t think so. Didn’t interrupt it. Temps stayed at about 82 or below. The only thing I can think of is too much light, but the highest lux readings I got at the bud was about 65k which I thought was supposed to be within acceptable range.

    Is this a nanner?

Dammit but thanks. I went from hoping for a pound to hoping to salvage a couple ounces @#$&! Me

    Is this a nanner?

Already had one of four Hermie on me and I think this might be number 2.

    Hermies Or calyx

Thanks. Kind of bummed I didn’t catch it, but as much reading as I’ve done, I never took a good look at what Hermies actually look like. I was watching out for generic male flowers not bananas. I guess it’s a lesson.

    Hermies Or calyx

Yeah sorry to say I had to yank a Hermie already. I was hoping those were just pollinated calyxes. It looks like they have hairs sticking out which I hoped meant female.

    Hermies Or calyx

I had 4 plants in this grow with one definite Hermie and a seed I pulled out. This is my second grow so not sure what I am looking at with these. Can anyone tell me if I’m looking at some DD calyxes or is that a second herm? Appreciate any thoughts

Is this art? I think it is.

Looks like 20 minutes after the acid kicks in. Kind of cool though.

    Best way to germinate seeds!!

I’ve been using something called the ronin method. You should be able to google it. So far I am at 100% germination, granted less than 10 tries. Basically uses a rapid rooter, soak it with water squeeze it out and put the seed in. Then put the rooter in a Tupperware container with a lid and put...

Can I get an amen! (Grow log)

Like that fourth picture. I have this strange urge to hang ornaments on it.

    Is this typical?

@WillieP @MajorCoco In this case I started switching to bloom nutrients at light flip. Then about a week in I did a res change with full bloom nutrients. I’m using GHE nutrients (bloom, micro, grow). I did a res change yesterday that brought the tds down to 500 and see the same creep up today...

My current grow has a few orange pistils 4 weeks into flower.

    Is this typical?

I’m in my second grow in ebb and flow and both times the plants seem to start needing fewer nutrients 2 to 3 weeks into flower. I’m basing that on the fact my daily tds/ec measurements start going up without adding new nutrients. So today I might get a tds reading of 520. The next day the...

Lets see your plants at 4 weeks into flowering!

Thanks! Those pics are a few days old. The 4 week mark is actually tomorrow and they have already fattened up quite a bit. Just trying not to hose it up in the home stretch.

    First time buying seeds

I was happy with gorilla seeds. Grew a gelato auto from them my first grow, and this grow I’m doing critical Kali mist from gorilla that is killing it. Also growing some juicy fruit from sunwest genetics that seem sketchy, but we will see how that plays out. Seedsman and the vault have a good...

    quiet air pump brand?

My tetra whispers are quiet enough that I have to touch them to know if they are running. I believe mine is for 20 gallons so larger ones might be different.

What is wrong with these leaves??

Pests probably. Maybe spider mites? I would get a magnifier to those leaves. Noob advice so fwiw, but from reading that’s my best guess.

proof urine is a super fert for plants

Not true at all. The best piss is from a meth addict. Those plants are manic. Most of them are trying to make flowers before the cotyledons are fully opened, and they never go to sleep. As long as you are good with plants with dental problems it’s totally worth it.

My first grow, my many errors and some questions

I started with hydro and was advised it’s better to start in soil as well to keep it simple. Personally I’m glad I went the way I did. I never have any questions about what my ph or nutrient level numbers are. I can tune all that myself with some precision on a daily basis in about 2 minutes...

    Too many bud sites?

In my unprofessional opinion nothing. That doesn’t even look like a lot of sites let alone too many. Take a look at some grow diaries and I think you will find plenty of examples of grows with far more bud sites. Conventional wisdom is you can cut off lower ones that won’t develop anyway to...
