I know your right, but I'm a little anal-retentive. I just want to use light to its optimal potential. Why put a dimmer on the dam thing. Anyone can just raise lights.

I don't know. It's winter and cold here in Canada. We use a lot of electricity keeping place warm and lite. It's also a very big house. Trying to cut costs and electricity where ever I can. 200 watts is 200 watts x 18 hours

The Logic is that hanging that close at 35% I'm only using a 1/3 of the electricity. I have lux meter on the way. I will be able to know exactly where to dim light to at that hight. I'm just guessing and also going with suggestion from someone else that also does this at 35%

I would have said same thing until I put them directly in FFOF. Both plants got some nitro shock, clearly one more so but; Never the less, The prof is in the plants. It wasn't PH or over watering. Just saying. They will both live but I think them being Autos they don't have time for this shit...

I didn't Ph... In fact I couldn't. First couple waterings I was being very careful only watering a couple ounces. I didn't trust the cheap PH pen I had so I had to wait for it. BTW it doesn't hurt to PH in soil you just don't need to. Soil is a buffer. It doesn't care what the PH is.

My coco is doing better without up potting. Both FFOF plants look like they got in hot soil. I won't ever plant straight to pot with FFOF again. lol.. just misunderstood me. Yes Edith found some hot soil. She is pulling out of it. June is also in Soil. Soil left over from last grow. not sure who got it. I'm not sure what soil was on new or old bag. I will up pot next time using soil. I don't care if they're autos or not
