You could pick it now or give it a week based on the pic. What’s the plant health overall? Are there any bud leaves turning yellow and receding into the bud? What’s your humidity level? Can you let it go another week?

Nice clean set up. Humidity is a little low but I battle the same thing at certain times. Lately it was a very high humidity but the dehumidifier did its job. Keep it growing.

Top off your cups with more dirt and water them. Take another cup and spray the inside with a mist of water and place it over top of the cutting like a humidity dome for an hour and see if they perk back up. A couple of them may not make it.
