Depends. If you can clearly see pollen dropped on the lower leaves above where they opened then it could have pollinated a load especially if the fans have blown on it. You can ruin pollen by spraying plenty of water on it:joint:

You should try to aim for 1 gram per watt and sensi skunk is quite capable of providing that amount. I believe that aeration of the roots is the key to big buds as well as the methods you already mentioned.:joint:
