I would say get seeds, Grow them out, Keep couple good phenos as your mother And take clones of her

Saves time, You can take bigger clones, Some times the genetics are better, Use some rooting gel and throw it in a cloner or rapid rooter, Clones are deff a success.

Just spend money one time and get blue lab combo, Its has auto calibration, And it is pin point accurate. Instead of spending $10-30 every couple months.

Your not supposed to keep seeds in water for more then 24 hours, You can drown them. Put them on damp paper towl

Mites maybe? Try azamax, its neem based, Mix it luke warm water, not hot,! Warm, And spray top and bottom of the leafs, Do it right when lights turn of because it being neem oil based it can burn your plant depending on what lights you have, so spray with lights off to be on the safe side
