Thanks, rkymtnman, these look great too. I like how the size of the reservoir container is unlimited, extending the usefulness for longer periods but even if I moved my water tank as close as possible to the pots, I'd still need a couple hundred feet of hose though to reach everybody.

I don't see where you describe your timing. This is a light timing issue. Sounds like you started inside and moved out without balancing the light timing. You didn't put them out too early, you put them out and didn't bring them back in to harden them off and get used to "sun timing". I bet...
