You should have just gone to home depot and picked up some light socket to 2 prong adapters and stuck 4 cfls around it. if the pump is still working you should be ok just put the ag around a window so it can get some sunlight. I hope those bulbs work, that would suck if it was the light fixture...

Yo, so great news. Today I got a 1000w HPS light. Im going to put it on all 3 of my plants, the one in the AeroGarden and the two I have in my soil set up. Ill post pics in an hour or two after I get it all setup up.

I was just at walmart and you can add another airstone, pump, and hosing for less than $10.

Some seeds outa a mids bag. like I said I only used mids seeds because they were laying around and I didnt wanna spend a shit load on seeds and find out half way through that I didnt wanna grow.

Nah keep it 24 until you go into flowering. research has shown that they veg faster under 24hr light.

Like I was told, more leaves more light intake. Once you start cutting on a plant you slow it down because it has to take time to repair that spot then start back to growing.

Home depot carries some aerogarden stuff. They have the flat cfls 2 for $20. They also sell seed kits and a couple diff AGs. Id just ride around your town going to different places seeing what they have to offer. I dont know about you, but looking at gardening stuff period is a lot of fun. Hope...

I subd. Y ou had your head on right when you ordered you AG. When I got mine all i had was some bag seeds and the ag. no nutes, fig. 8 cord, hp up/down. I still dont have a ph kit and I havnt checked the ph on my ag ever. I use straight tap water from the sink and now I have Grow Big General...
