I have a lemon haze thats about 6 and a half weeks into flower, but im moving across the country next week and the plant will not be ready to cut by then. If i chop it early will there be enough thc to make butter or hash, or will it not be worth it?

Hi, I got my first set of equipment in may and just finished my first three plants. I recently got offered a job cross country and, I still have another lemon haze that has been in flower for about 5 weeks. It will only be at 6 1/2 weeks by the time I move, what should I do with the plant...
