The way i see it is if you grow on public property you deserve to get your shit ganked. If you cant grow at home just dont grow. I understand some people dont want them on their property but thats a chance they are taking growing in public.

Stick your finger in the dirt about an inch. If its dry an inch down you can water them. I myself prefer flo tubes but you can get y splitters to put 2 cfl bulbs in the place of one. The more the better. The floodlights sound cool. Just dont forget to cover the sensor if it has one.

Sweet. I tried cfl's for a min but it seemed like too much work. It was easy to just hang a shop light over them. I had to start flowering with flo's but i finally got an hps to flower with about a week ago. Im glad I can be a real farmer now. LOL
