most potting soils have a lot of nutrients in them to begin with, even the ones tailored for seedlings have minimal. a lot of new growers often miss this and skip straight to watering with nutrient as thats what the bottle tells them to do...

the last posts hit the nail on the head... your guilty of over loving your babies ;) defo hold on the nutrients for a couple weeks and make sure your water has been left to sit for 24hours before use. depending on your lighting and room temps watering should be every few days to atleast %5 run off.,

its an almost perfect tear drop...

that is called limescale.... let your water sit for 24 hours before using it and maybe get a water softener added to your supply. . those white marks are water droplets that have dried out.

Plenty of perlite and no drooping so your not over watering..

Do you empty all the run off trays after watering or let them soak back up? Thats alot of plants to maintain each day. Are you putting in the man hours for watering. Flushing will make a big difference. Why deprive them of vital nutrients when they need it most?
