day 6 my question to everyone, after 6 days from sprout, do my plants look as tall as they should for being 6 days old? i ask because my hashplant is about 3 weeks old and it(to me anyway) still looks really short. ive been looking at some other hashplants and they tend to have very strong...

day 5 that last AK48 that didnt germinate actually sprouted, so thats 14 of 14 that grew. didnt expect that at all.

Day 3: 13 of the 14 have sprouted. The one that didnt sprout was an AK48(the one i mentioned that didnt germinate, but I planted it anyway).

so day 1 officially begins. had great success with the seed germination. 13 of 14 germinated. one ak48 didnt make it. preped party cups, planted seeds and will check back on them tomorrow morning.

yup thats where i bought all my stuff a really great place.

thanks guys, one last question. ive decided to start growing from plastic cups(the red ones that are common). how many drain holes should i create in each cup and how big should they be?

ive seen several people here start germinated seeds in regular plastic cups, then transplant them into slight larger containers, and then again transplant them into 2+ gallon containers. my question is why is this done? im guessing for spacing issues rather than sticking 10+ 2 gallon containers...

i have the same problem with the same strain. i did a 50 OF, 40 cannacoco and 10 perlite. used fox farms big bloom also and my plant is the same size(slightly bigger).i thought it would be bigger after 8 days. anyone have any advice?

as far as im aware, you dont need both only one type of light will suffice if thats all you have. im a beginner also so i could be wrong. i know hps puts out more light than mh at the same wattage. here is my tent for reference. im goona hook up the carbon filter to the other side of the duct...

the gl80 is also 8 inches taller. more height=more bud. it also has 3 viewing windows so you can look at the plants without opening the tent.

it should, so long as you can manage the temps. i would also high recommend the reflector, it was the only one i could find that would fit because the air ducts are in the reflector, not on the sides.

everything ran me just under 1k. not cheap but i wanted the best of the best. also whats wrong with the yoyo? some jackchain came with the reflector but i dont have any s hooks at the moment. also the tent has 3 passive intakes, one active exhaust vent and one for cable management.

i did som testing and removed my carbon filter and humidity jumped up by 15% wow. im think im good now.
