i dont know where he got his info but thats not normal for vegging plants to yellow and lose leaves..... they need nitrogen and dont worry about your lights. more would help but if youve used the same setup before then it must work. my plants are 4 weeks old now and have no yellowing like that...

its because they dont put out shit for light compared to the heat. i just looked up one to see and a 50w halogen bulb puts out around 600 lumens. you get 3 times that from a 26w cfl

mylar is better blah blah but foil is usable if its all you have around. everyone talks shit about it but whatever its fine as long as you dont enclose your area with it so its a giant oven. i use foil and look at my plants in the signature they dont mind it.

keep the lights close as possible top them then tie down branches. i kept mine under 6 inches and their close to 4 weeks old bushy as hell

i dont know all the specifics of it just from what ive read most stuff has 85 as the highest temp you should have. you could always just go for it and if the plants dont get all heat stressed just let it go

you could do 90 with proper co2 setup or whatever i dont know all the specifics on that just read about it but without that its best to keep under 85 tops
