MeanWell LED Drivers: 3 in 1 Dimming Function.

More resistance equals brighter, 100k pot should give you full swing. People are using a 10k in front of the pot, this will give you ~1v at the low end, and 110k making sure that you get full brightness

The 2 up front outsides are the ugly ducklings. I also made matters worse by adding some compost tea that I had brewed for my veggie garden. Just wanted to use it up, and the one in the left corner looks like N tox now... hoping she'll pop out of it. Just using water and liquid karma now.

Seedlings are vegging now, all doing well except for 2. They had problems coming out of the shells, and I had to pop them with tweezers. Most are hanging over the sides of my 5 gal fabric pots, about 7" tall.

On/Off functin for meanwell HLG style drivers using dimming and arduino

I wish I knew enough about coding to know what all you just said. But yes, something along that line. This was just a code I found and quickly added a way to turn it on and off as required. I haven't actually introduced the co2 generator as of yet, just tested to see if my relay would trigger.

On/Off functin for meanwell HLG style drivers using dimming and arduino

This is the CO2 sensor I have. http://www.co2meter.com/collections/co2-sensors/products/cozir-co2-temperature-humidity-sensor it's not cheap, but there really aren't any cheap CO2 sensors. I chose this one for the temp and humidity features added in. On the arduino forums, Rob Tillaart has come...

Subbing, will look through this later. Peace

MeanWell LED Drivers: 3 in 1 Dimming Function.

I wouldn't think you'd be able to control the relay with PWM, as the relay would require the full 5v(HIGH 0v digital, LOW 5v digital) on arduino? In your dimming control, I would think you would get undesirable results when you are between the high and low. I'm not sure what the min max voltage...

So you will dim 2 objects with 1 pin? What is your quest? You've peaked my curiosity

MeanWell LED Drivers: 3 in 1 Dimming Function.

I haven't put mine on an watt meter and plugged it in, but I don't think they work quite like ballasts.

MeanWell LED Drivers: 3 in 1 Dimming Function.

The ac in lines do matter. Brown is hot, blue neutral, and green is ground (assuming 110v). You dont want to omit that green wire if you value your expensive items and facility that house your grow opperation. Can you hook them up switching the blue and brown? Yes, but it's not correct, and may...

MeanWell LED Drivers: 3 in 1 Dimming Function.

Your meanwell drivers already have 10v in the circuit. That is how it is able to provide the 3in1 dimming. You can do exactly what you want to do with 1 transistor, and will be more efficient than adding a power supply. The 5v PWM pin just drives the base, the transistor acts as a switch that is...

MeanWell LED Drivers: 3 in 1 Dimming Function.

What is the appeal to adding a power supply? Are you using it in your system already? Just curious how you're building your set up.

MeanWell LED Drivers: 3 in 1 Dimming Function.

If youre trying to use 1 connector for all 4 wires, just be very carful that the red/black ac lines don't get crossed with the white/blue dim leads! Or say goodbye to your driver, and maybe LEDs. I would use 2 connectors myself. You can use cheap timers, depending on how many drivers/watts...

    Purple Seedlings

A good way to figure out your watering is to weigh the cup and soil dry. Add about 40% of that dry weight as water, and when your leaves start to wilt add 30% of the original dry weight as water. You will start to notice the light weight of the pot, and eventually be able to tell without wilting...

I apologize, I am a bit new to this forum. I was thinking that was a conversation starter, but I can't seem to get things figured out in the mobile site. I'll try again on a pc.

Get some diatomaceous earth, that should help keep the gnats in check. Letting the soil dry totally probably killed the plant, you need more than 10% moisture to keep the plant alive, soil will retain some amount of moisture that the plant can't absorb. If you see the leaves start to droop, and...

BTW, built my cree cxb3590 x12 @1050ma in a 4x4. Hoping this baby kills it for me. I see your S3 results were nice, would you consider the 1400ma better than the 1050ma now!

In one of your recent videos, you've added a tankless water heater for co2. Yours have a min psi? I bought one, requireso 3.6psi min. I want to use a small pond pump, but they don't put out that great of pressure. Just curious how you worked around this? Going to use a sprinkler valve, and...

    is this overkill??

There are some growers that claim by adding far reds for a few minutes after lights off, that they can finish a few days early. But this is something that would be very difficult to shows results in most of our small scale grows. This is more advanced than I am able to experiment with. But...

Not sure if your model has vents, but they help greatly. Mine has adjustable vents on the top, and after they've popped through the soil I'll open them up. You can always cut or drill a few, or just take the lid off entirely
