Good question... Each strain varies in flower time. Buds should chunk up close to the end, if the strain permits... Some strains are just bunk...

Keep looking bro. Ive heard of them being put into the corrugated cavities in the cardboard and wedged with balls of t.p.

Don't use clear or white solo cups. You don't want roots getting light. Spray paint them, or go to Party City, they carry black solo cups... Good Luck man...

Thanks for the reply bro... But there is DEFINATELY 3 leaves per node. I understand the LST thing and the concept of tying down to get more branching. But 2 of the branches that came up have 3 leaves every node, not 2. Should I post bigger pics?

Once you FIM the main chute and new ones grow up, let them get 5 or 6 nodes tall and FIM them too. Just don't do them all at once, you'll stunt the growth of your plant dramatically. Check out this plant, FIM'd this one about 3 weeks ago. Pics of before and after.

OK. I have a plant that I am growing to be one of my mother plants. I LST'd the thing like a month ago and now a couple of the chutes are pushing out 3 leaves at every new node. All the leaves are 7 or 9 blades tho. I know its not a bad thing, but can any of the vet growers tell me exactly how...

The buds are startin to get nice and frosty! Also took some shots of my potential mothers. There is only 3 plants in that little room. The flower room however, 5 ladies blooming 4 others I just put in there. Got rid of 2 dudes so far... Enjoy!!!:peace:

If you clip the top cola and lower the light for another few days it would let those little popcorn buds plump up. If you take clones, you have to put back in veg until roots develop... Hope it helps
