Theres no perlite or vermiculite to help with drainage? Im no expert whatsoever but root rot could be the culprit. Im on my first plant as well 18 days into flower. Ive come to learn that good drainage is a must. I hope she turns around for ya.

I have NL fem seeds from nirvana and they are all yellow for some reason. No matter what they are just a light color plant.

For the brand of soil your using i dont think they look bad. Might want to veg them a few more weeks if you want good yield and make sure youre not over watering

I use fox farm soil and fox farm nutes. If you do decide to go with it id highly suggest going atleast half strength maybe even a 1/4 the first feed. Tbh id check PH before i did anything else i saw you say you dont have a meter id say its worth the hassle to get one real quick if you care about...
