I think Meijiu and a couple other companies do it as well with their heat sinks. It’s most likely one factory milling all the heat sinks for multiple companies. Definitely creates a bit of a hotspot on the board when run hard, but hey! Gotta engineer in some planned obsolescence some how.

Well luckily it was a half ass scrog so it shouldn’t be too bad. I used it more for support and spread ability. Granted there are a couple of mains that had a weeks worth of veg time to weave them through but we’ll have to wait and see lol.

King Brite does sell boards with the Cree xp-e2 660nm, they just cost a decent chunk more.

For that price I’d say epistars for the 660. Their 6 board set up with crees is $726 Canadian I believe.
