The last of my non budding plants can't decide if I want to put plant 2 into flowering yet should I people

*** so here are some updates all of my babys are doing great I am in the process of replanting they need bigger homes I am also putting two into flowering so that should be fun I think they are looking good. I'm starting with pic of the now budding plants then will move on to non budding plants...

It's been a few days I had to replace my number 6 plant the old one was a bust so here they are today enjoy
