The Oakland airport authorities said that they wouldn't do anything if you have medical marijuana in your bags and they wouldn't alert the arriving airport. San Francisco and LAX have a hands off policy too.
OMFG! What a cluster fuck! Just because you're on the City Council even in the great city of Los Angeles doesn't mean you're smart. This will not be resolved this year in my opinion. I reserved my right to speak for the next meeting. I was basically speechless.

I got up at the city council meeting yesterday and basically called the city attorney a media whore. I think it may be on the news. What a zoo it was yesterday!

Sorry guys. I was busy yesterday trying to help change the law in Los Angeles. I think we made a difference! Went to a city counsel meeting that lasted 4 hours. It was intense. I had some friend say they saw me on the news. There were sooooo many cameras there.

they are defining a collective as 4 or more patients and or caregivers organizing to grow. So I guess if there are 3 patients growing together, they won't be under these guidelines.
