Yeah, but that problem has nothing to do with the plants their self, really, it's all about what the plant was feed, and nothing more! And that is a big problem in many dispensary, because there is hardly any real growing regulating going on.

To me, there is nothing going on here but normal shit. In other words, when you get that late into flower and the plant can't find enough of a certain thing in the root zone, it will pull nutrients from different parts of the plant and move those nutrients to where she feels she needs them more...

Yeah, that is what you can do to make them flower quicker, but that won't actually happen until the plant is mature enough to flower. And that has more to do with the strain you are growing than anything else. What I mean... you can run some strains 12/12 right from seed or switch them to 12/12...
