I just bought some mulch rice hay and spread it about 3 inches thick around all the plants on top of the dirt. I left a paper plate size hole around the base of the stalk...I am hoping that this is going to help keep the plants moist aswell as keeping the temp around the roots down.

Thanks I have a few things I still have to get done. Today I will be putting rice hay on the tops of the pots with a opening around the base of the stalks to keep the top cooler and hopefully keep it watered a little more even. I like the pallet idea and I have plenty of time to figure out next...

I will have some pics of the g13 labs bluevenom real soon. The bud is about 2 weeks from harvest and I cant even explain how happy I am with this plant. The plants grow about as perfect as u could ask for SoG and the nugs dense and loaded with trichromes. Them smell is outta this world. A++

So i check out g13 labs and really liked what I saw so I placed my order. I ordered the blue venom and as a first time buyer they hooked it up with 2 freebee strains... california hash plant and blue hash plant... im stoaked... thanks for the advise ill be sure to let ya know how she is.
