To regulate tempurature I have my exaust fan on a timer, which I will have to monitor and adjust until I find the correct timing/temp ratio. Fresh air comes in through the door to the room. It is winter here and the floor is cement so if anything I will have to add some extra heat with a space...

would there be any issue with doing this if the heating system is never used? There is no fan going on the furnace, it is electric so there's no pilot light either.
