I have some Green Crack autos going and was wondering what anyone does in this situation. The bottom branches start right at soil level. Should I leave those first branches?

I’ve got some green crack autos growing now.

I’m going to start feeding the two in FF Happy Frog soil today. I highly doubt they will catch up to the compost plant.

I’m not sure if it’s the strain (Green Crack auto flower by Big Bud) but the compost plants first branches are literally right at soil level. I’ve never had one do that. The smallest of the three plants is Northern Lights auto flower. All are fem seeds.

Update. Day 17 in compost and day 15 in Fox Farm potting soil.

I’ll definitely save your list even though I don’t need that much per grow. Thanks and happy growing! PS: Forest top soil is easy for me to gather. I have plenty of hard wood forest.

Great! That’s what I want. Happy Frog still requires nutes but I’d rather skip that.

Do you use any nutes during your grow with your compost or is it good the whole grow? I know or think molasses should still be used to feed the bacteria in the soil. I definitely don’t want to over feed.

I think I’m going to be using my cow compost from now on. Happy growing!
