Check the PH. I had very dry brittle leaves minus the splotches, despite pouring in PH'd water. I counter my high PH soil with high acidic water, under PH 5. Even after doing that my PH runoff is still over 7.

yeah that looks like no nutes at all, very light green. Start really small on nutes and see how it responds, just don't overdo it. Next time I'd probably start it in a cup or something small in a seed starting mix before going to that pot.

I play Barry Manilow to mine 12 hours a day and it makes them yield 10 oz a plant.

I know they don't need much in nutrients, but they need SOME. Perlite and coco isn't a whole lot to feed it. Feed it a nute solution at like 1/10th or something and see how it responds.
