I kind of agree, I went from soil to hempy and it's night and day. I feed exactly what the plant needs, and my plant looks 100 percent perfect 6 weeks in. I'm a noobie though, I know pros have no problems at all with soil.

If i were growing outdoors in a hot climate I would never use a black pot, it will absorb all of the sun and transfer it to your soil and roots. Next time either bury it or use a lighter colored pot.
