    Does my plant look alright?

There are basically 3 things, garden soil, potting soil, and potting mix. You want potting mix. Garden soil is an definite NO in indoor growing, which is what you have.

Prune fan leaves or leave them in veg.?

light doesn't need to get to the branches. The only advantage of trimming them is, better airflow underneath, and trimming fan leaves that block bud leaves and buds. So IMO you really shouldn't trim anything until you have to.

    what could be the problem?

lower leaves yellowing first is a classic sign of nitrogen deficiency. Either by lack of nitrogen nutes(which I think you're doing), or locking out nitrogen. For quick relief maybe grab a $4 box of miracle grow tomato food and run that at half or less than what it says, until you get a good grow...

    what could be the problem?

Not familiar with it but I would think that nute is a flowering/bloom nute at best. Get a real grow/veg nute with high nitrogen, there's so many out there.

how long was veg time? I think it's looking pretty good. If you did a short veg then I wouldn't count the full 5 weeks as flowering. I think you can let them dry out another day or so with that size of pot, and that also should lower humidity some. But I think your biggest problem slowing it...

Light burn in early flowering !!!

I think you're doing fine, just leave them alone and learn. Next seedlings use different mix if you want. FYI 50% perlite is pretty high, you'll probably be watering often once they get bigger.

Light burn in early flowering !!!

I'd probably shoot for 75 degrees, and as long as you watered them once during transplant leave them alone and quit loving them, they're resilient.
