Yeah, that's a nasty nute burn. Except for flushing and maybe laying off the nutes for several days, not much else you can do.

Your problem is either too much water or wacked out pH... check your soil's pH and don't forget to wait for the soil to dry before watering again.

A close up picture would help more, but I seriously didn't see any balls. If it's a feminized seed, 95% chance it's female, 5% it's a hermy. The redding of your stem is caused by a very mild P def. Maybe up your nutes by just a little.

It's never a good idea to chop off leaves. If they show any signs of problems (pests, burns, deficiencies), cutting them off will only forward the problem to other, healthy leaves.
