To be honest if it perks up after the next watering you should be about right for a repot which will be over a week easily so about right

To repot simply fill the next pot half way, spread your fingers around the stem and turn the pot over till it falls into your hands. There should be enough roots it comes out in a round pot soil shape. You will need to tap or pop it out. Then just place on soil in New pot and fill it to the top...

I'd say a 6", I go from a 3" to 5" so 6" I'd guess. Then comes a bigger pot and she should be flowering by then.

I work in inches for pot size, 3 gallon sounds big, for now they are in 4" pots and you don't want to go into a much bigger pot as it complicates watering and other things like fertilizer. Mj growers complicated everything, this way you learn the basics and follow the recommended way most...

Rather than know what it looks like understand that if you have been in a pot a while and it rooted out all the soil it will need and ask for it then. There is no one tell, nitrogen (or everything with nitrogen) will tend to yellow the leaves from the bottom up but it's a whole leaf yellowing...

    Mycorrhizal fungi, and growth speed…

It shouldn't as a bio but apply at different times to mycos to give them both a chance to colonize with the least competition.

It's a very boring plant to grow, you were probably expecting a more wild ride. Soil is the easiest way.

Fertilize when they need or ask, it will be a few weeks after repotting but if you report to a 6" pot then a 9/10" they should not need fertilizer till they have started flowering. That's how I do it in soil, feeds them quite well and as you see a small pot goes a long way fertilizer is not...

Veg I do 16+ but 16/8 is a good start point for you. It will help with watering and growth. They do grow on 12/12 but not as fast but some so 12/12 start to finish ok. If it's a hot country night time might be cooler for lights but it shouldn't matter that much. There is a lot of basics to...

See if it perks up more. Roots dying in air at the bottom perfectly normal. Roots at the top mean it's filled out the soil somewhat. Wait it out see if it gets its health back before anything then yes you can report.

White walls are very reflective, some tents are white inside not foil, both work. Your light looks very high, that seed might not be dead just not had long enough. I would be blowing air out, that light shouldn't make it too hot. Exhausts work that way.

Overwatering can mess everything up, I never do it. Maybe it is so it should perk up hopefully. Is that fan blowing air out if the room not at the plant? That's how I would do it blowing out of the room to cool it some. You don't need the foil if you have white walls, white reflects better...

Roots find nutrients why your seeing more, there will still be plenty left and root tips haven't filled all the soil yet. It's just a shame it's started to droop, maybe overwatered a touch so something to work on. You might try repotting if it doesn't recover next but here is a par for different...

Water meters don't work, get use to judging yourself. Sometimes they droop after a water when they are thirsty then straighten up after.

Looks good but it's not saying it needs a feed, go one half strength if you must. Report it soon but it can grow a little more first. Why has it started to droop or was it just watered or getting the light set right?
