I have had another room that was 12k that harvested 6k every month and went back and forth. But this one is going to harvest all at once. I will most likely get about 16-18 pounds out of 1 harvest.

a 24000 BTU mini split will not have to work hard at all to cool your room. you could even go with a smaller one. What i do in my grow room is i have a completely sealed room (no intake or outtake) with 6x 1000W lights, and i only have a 24000 BTU mini split and i can cool the room all they way...

I would never use LEDs. LEDs are a bunch of bull shit, use High intensity discharge lights (HID).
