Alright, I a, thinking about using the Aerogarden, but if I get that, I want everything to go perfect. I need to know some pretty good like starting soil type stuff, and then just regular soil. Help me out pleasee!

What are some lights i could get at like a lowes or a hardware store. No fixtures fit a 250 watt high pressure sodium light. The only thing that fits the ballast is like a street light looking thing. I just need some moderate indoor lights i can get from like a normal store. Any suggestions...
