Ok I have gotten most everything fixed. Re-mixed my feed and ph'ed appropriately at 5.8. Also, roots were coming out the drainage of the 6" pot and circling UNDER my pot so I transplanted to a 2g smart pot. Everything is going better now. Thank you Lord Dangly Bits and TheLastWood.

No it is 100% coco. I am using the Nutrifield brand. So in my 6" pot you are saying I should be having 4 cups worth of runoff normally? Also when doing this ph'ed flush, can you elaborate on mixing the runoff, I am confused at the moment. Do you mean allow for 1/2 gallon runoff and then mix this...

Took the fan out put in a smaller fan. Not blowing around as bad by far. Also, I measured the amount I water with. 1 cup with 15-20% runoff.

I would be willing to bet you are right on the money with ph issue AND windburn. I never knew of windburn and pictures of it do look very similar to parts of the plant.

I have been using ph drops and shooting for 6.0 range. PPM for the nutes was at 890. Temps are now at a steady 82degrees with 36-40% Humidity. Three 26w daylight cfl's and one 23w soft white cfl. I do have a fan blowing on them that I need to replace. The lowest speed is awfully fast...

The pics are bad (phone) but those spots are gold to the look and under light they give off a shine. This is on about 4 or 5 of them.

I am using CFL bulbs in this grow. Everything is fine (for me anyways) until it is lights out with the door on thats when things heat up. Unfortunately I don't see changing the light regiment helping. From midnight-6m it should have time to cool but doesn't do that.

I'm no expert, I too just started a seed in coco 2 weeks ago. One thing I have read numerous times is that coco requires nutes from the beginning because it lacks it in the medium, unlike soils. I started mine out with 1/4 strength CNS17 Coco Grow and 2.5ml CalMag+. It's doing great now.

Thanks so much EvlMunkee. Went and got myself some CalMag Plus today. Mixed 2.5ml/1gal. When should I up the CNS17 Grow amount from 2.5ml? Also, raised the lights about 1-2 inchs and the leaves aren't as curled up.

I appreciate the replies. So should I be adding calmag and grow for every watering?

Thank you all for the help. Is Cal-Mag necessary when using CNS17 Grow? I plan on skipping bloom and using Ripe for flowering. I also make sure I get 25%-30% runoff each time. Here is an updated shot. I got the temps down to 82 with the door off the box :/.

Today is officially 2 weeks from sprout. Should I up the CNS17 to full strength slowly?

It's Coco Coir. The plant is still growing good at 14 days now it's just folding up on most of the foliage. I think it's heat stress. Temps keep rising to about 91.
