ya the temp during the day is still hot as hell sometimes even kinda humid. can i possibly make it grow a little faster maybe trick it somehow to shorten the vegetative period?

ok im also new to growing(what does 12/12 mean???). i am curently working with a plant that just had sprouted indoors using soil full of all the neccesary nutrients and an 60 watt agro light but unfortunatly i had to move it outside. i live in south carolina so the temp doesnt go below 50. also...
