I Have been surfing the web and i came accross those legal bud advertisements. i was thinking this is too good to be true but i still went to the web site. when i was there i was reading up on it and it looks ok but im still not 100% sure so does anyone know if this is a scam

ive just started growing and ive notice that i have plenty of left over leaves from pruning i was wondering if it possible to smoke them or cook them. Also at what stage does the plant produce thc. Do i have to wait untill the flowering stage or can i use the leaves from the first prunning
