I have a white powder on my plants and do not no what it is. Its a vey thin layer and can be wiped off but then returns. Anyone have experience with this? Edit on the leaves

k 2 r in bud done in a week so i am not worrying about them, i have sum in veg which are 2-3 week old clones they are what i wanna save and make healthy. My goal is to get those two outta my bud room and use somthing to clean it out totally. And obviously get my clones free of these bastards.

so i would wait till the light went out, then with the plants in the room use this fogger?
