Growing legally where it is illegal?
yea dude move to another state where it is legal is the best advice i could give...like Mighty said it is still Fed illegal in all states but each state has its different laws...read up on the laws and then move where you see best fits you!- MaryJaneNightmare

usually if the plants are "stretching" towards the light means you need more...your prob using the 23watt(100w equivalent) usually sold in any store i suppose...IMO yes you need more light...depending on size of plants...prob 6 or 8 more- MaryJaneNightmare
