Well, do you think you've been closer to underfeeding or closer to overfeeding? Could be nitrogen deficiency if the plants haven't gotten much food. Or, it's likely to be nutrient burn if they have been given food. Nute burn would be my guess with those lower leaves lookin kinda crispy on the tips.

Outside, plants tend to do their thing when they're ready. Much less hassle than indoors, I wouldn't worry.

If they were grown in different conditions (light, heat etc..), chances are that they will not be at the same stage of maturity.
