Actually... you CAN get high off the leaves.. they just contain much less THC compared to the bud of the plant. Back in the day around the 50's, 60's era, hippies used to smoke the leaves instead of bud, so it wasn't till the 70's 80's that they realized that the bud has MUCH more THC. Happy...
